How to get your signature onto a SmartPhone

• Complete the form on the left
• Your signature will appear on the right with the correct formatting
• Copy the signature text to your phone's clipboard
• Go to your email settings and signatures, paste your new signature in.

iPhone / iPad specific

Copying the signature

• Press and hold your finger on the signature text.
• When the selection box appears, release your finger.
• Drag the selection box to highlight all the text (if it isn't already highlighted), and then press Copy

Saving your signature

• Go to your iPhone / iPad settings
• Scroll down a little and click "Mail, Contacts, Calednars"
• Scroll down and click "Signature"
• Find the box for the email account you're setting up
• Delete any signature that's already there
• Press and hold in the box until the "Paste" button appears
• Press paste
• To to the Mail app and test your signature
